She walks in the web between light and dark, between Magick and Spirit. Her Earth walker Wolf bringing her wisdom, knowledge and the truth of her self, while her Sky dweller Raven watches over her from above, being her link to the other side and her Magick Talisman. A Shadow-Walker is not afraid of the darkness, but knows it is part of the balance Gaia creates, and embraces it along with the light. Earth, Air, Fire, Water, Spirit...as intended.
This is my first oil painting for about a year, so I am a little scared!! Oil is my first love, but I have been journeying into water media for the last year, and discovering my true self subject wise (I used to paint mainly just humans!) But I am so pleased to be working in oil paint again, and to also have a new passion for water media. I hope you like her. Oil on Linen, 35cm x 70cm. |
